The declared aim of the healthcare company ResMed is to enable patients undergoing respiratory therapy to enjoy a significantly higher quality of life.

We supported ResMed in further expanding its market-leading role by redesigning their online store. The focus here was on creating a seamless shopping experience. We continue to support ResMed with digital marketing measures even after the project has been completed.

Customer and Brand Analysis

User research serves to identify the special needs of users. The findings from the ResMed focus group surveys were particularly insightful: We developed a very specific UX design that ideally takes into account the needs of online buyers.

Just as important as the buyers’ requirements are those of the provider. The new shop now offers ResMed the greatest possible flexibility in the display of marketing activities.

We were also able to improve the implementation of existing and future interfaces and make the background processes much easier. Shopware proved to be the optimal basis, which we highly individualized for the customer.

Mobile Optimization –improved Key Figures

After evaluating the website traffic, it was obvious: Approximately 50% of access takes place on mobile devices, and to a large extent via tablets, depending on the target group. Through our mobile optimization of the rudimentarily responsive predecessor shop, the relevant KPIs were significantly improved.

A further benefit: Thanks to the new smooth user experience on different screen sizes, the bounce rate of visitors has also been reduced.

NewsletterMarketing

Even after the store relaunch, we help ResMed to create comprehensive marketing activities. Our newsletter marketing strategy plays a central role in this. We successfully increase customer loyalty through a mix of regular updates on new products, offers and therapy information.
