Hotjar
We use Hotjar to analyze and evaluate our designs and flows: heatmaps, click traces and screen recordings provide us with a comprehensive picture of the user behavior. This way, we eliminate potential pitfalls and optimize the relevant KPIs.
Matomo
Matomo (formerly known as Piwik) is an open source web analytics platform and offers similar functionality to Google Analytics. In contrast to the Google tool, Matomo allows website operators to retain full control over their data because the analysis is based on the hosted on our own servers. Sensitive information is not passed on to third parties - this ensures a high level of data protection and security.
A/B Testing
Using tools such as VWO or Google Analytics, we test different versions of websites against each other flexibly and inexpensively. This allows you to collect valuable insights for KPI optimization.
Google Analytics
We view Google Analytics as a standard, on the basis of which we set up an individualized tracking concept. The configuration is always carried out according to individual requirements of our customers and we link it to their marketing activities. On request we can of course also install other tracking tools, such as Matomo or Posthog.
PostHog
Posthog enables user-based tracking,which records visitor behavior on websites or in mobile apps. Thanks to the setup of personal events, explicit actions such as: B. button clicks or page views can be tracked. PostHog can also be integrated into well-known tools such as Slack, Segment or Zapier.
